Creative Direction & Gameplay Design
Asuto is a third‑person stealth‑platformer set in Edo‑period Japan, developed by a team of seven. I pitched the original concept and acted as the project’s lead designer, shaping the game’s direction, mechanics, and overall feel. A major part of my role involved refining the level design through iterative testing and feedback, improving clarity, flow, and player readability to create a smoother, more intuitive experience.

Gameplay Programmer & Asset Creator
Alongside design leadership, I worked as a lead programmer, implementing responsive player controls and core gameplay systems. I also created the 2D assets used throughout the game and contributed several 3D skeletal animations to support character movement and interactions. This project allowed me to combine technical problem‑solving with visual design and team leadership, resulting in a cohesive and engaging gameplay experience.
